EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you're in the European Union, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receives the goods.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or hygiene products (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked "final sale"
- Downloaded digital products
How to Return
- Email support@allka.shop with your order number and reason
- We'll send you return instructions and a return address
- Pack the item securely with all original materials
- Ship via tracked courier at your expense (unless defective)
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or wrong item: We cover return shipping
- Change of mind: Buyer covers return shipping
- International returns can be expensive — consider carefully
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refund is processed within 14 days
- Refund method: original payment method (credit card, bank transfer)
- Bank processing may take an additional 3-10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective items)
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges, return the original item and place a new order. This is the fastest way.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We'll arrange replacement or full refund including shipping
