Workbench Mini Bench Vise

The table vise offers easy and practical use thanks to its clamping mechanism, independent holding clamp, and tool holding mechanism.

Since it performs the same function as larger, heavier vise types, it can be used anywhere due to its compact size and lightweight design.

Vises Consist of 3 Main Components:

    Body: The fixed part of the vise with a threaded hole and a fixed clamping surface to hold the workpiece.

    Threaded Screw: Fitted into the threaded hole of the fixed body, this component moves the mobile clamping jaw that holds the workpiece.

    Handle or Clamping Lever: The part used to rotate the screw, typically fitted onto the screw. Clamping is achieved by rotating the threaded section with the handle (vise lever) or another system. Each complete rotation of the screw advances it by one thread pitch, clamping the held piece. A longer handle and greater force applied result in increased clamping power.

The vise remains tight after clamping due to the friction force between the screw and the threaded hole.
