Your rolls will no longer open and will be uniform in size. Used for grape leaves, cabbage rolls, and chard rolls, as well as cigar pastries, lentil meatballs, and Tekirdağ meatballs. Features 3 adjustable settings, each producing a different roll thickness.

Easy-to-Use Leaf Rolling Machine Instructions: Adjust the control knob to your desired thickness based on the roll size you want. Setting 1 creates thick rolls, setting 2 creates medium rolls, and setting 3 creates thin rolls. Lightly oil the belt by dripping a few drops of oil and spreading it evenly. Place the machine on a flat surface with the lower side facing you. Insert the leaf by its stem onto the belt, centering it at the bottom of the machine. Ensure the leaf sits firmly against the bottom using your finger, making sure excess edges don't fold over or touch the side walls of the machine. Add filling to the bottom of the leaf according to your desired roll thickness. Use 1.5 teaspoons for thick rolls, 1 teaspoon for medium rolls, and ½ teaspoon for thin rolls. You can adjust these amounts based on your preference. Finally, push the handle forward. The finished rolls will drop out from the end of the machine. Before placing a new leaf, gently press the bottom of the belt with your finger to keep it taut. Your rolls are ready to enjoy.
