Worldwide Shipping from Türkiye

ALLKA ships to over 100 countries. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Türkiye within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Carriers

• PTT EMS — Economy (7-21 business days)
• UPS Worldwide — Standard (3-6 business days)
• DHL Express — Express (2-5 business days)
• FedEx International — Express (2-5 business days)

Shipping Costs

Costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected carrier. Free shipping may apply to orders above a threshold — check current promotions.

Processing Time

Standard processing: 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or for personalized items, processing may take longer. You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking once your order ships.

Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number. Track your order on our Order Tracking page or directly on the carrier's website.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Important for international orders:

• Customs duties and import VAT are the responsibility of the buyer
• Your local customs office will contact you if payment is required
• We declare the full value on customs forms as required by law

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost:

• We'll investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered and are not eligible for refund.

Restricted Countries

We cannot ship to sanctioned countries or regions subject to international trade restrictions.
